Aundrea Mcneil

Dr. McNeil is a nurse who has worked in the nursing profession and healthcare for more than 25 years. Her professional roles include experience as assistant director of nursing, nurse manager, clinical nurse specialist, clinical research nurse, and nurse professor. Dr. McNeil has been a nurse educator for more than 15 years. As a nurse educator, she has taught in associate, baccalaureate, and graduate degree programs. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA in 2016. Dr. McNeil completed her doctoral practicum at the National Institute of Health (NIH) with the nursing outcomes management department. She was awarded the NIH Clinical Center Director's Award for Nursing Leadership. Her special interests include quality improvement, professional development, student success, and faculty mentoring. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority.
